Retainer fees cover the developer's time and expertise only. Infrastructure and platform costs remain separate and are paid directly by the client.

05 — Terms & important notes

How we work together

A few important things to know before we begin, so there are no surprises.

Payment schedule

50% upfront before project starts, 50% upon final delivery and your approval. For larger projects (above Rp 30 jt), a milestone-based payment can be arranged: 40% start — 30% at midpoint — 30% at launch.

Infrastructure costs

Hosting, domain, Shopify subscription, and platform fees are always paid directly by the client to the provider — they are not included in the development fee. We can help you set these up and choose the most cost-efficient options.

Revisions & scope

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or features beyond the agreed scope are billed at Rp 150k–250k / hour depending on complexity. All scope changes are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Timeline & communication

Timelines assume timely feedback from the client (within 3 business days per review round). Delays in client feedback may push the delivery date accordingly. Regular progress updates are provided via WhatsApp or email — your choice.

What you own after delivery

For all custom builds (Path B), you receive full ownership of all code and assets upon final payment. For Shopify projects, the theme and customizations are yours, but the Shopify platform itself requires an ongoing subscription from Shopify.

Support after launch

All projects include 14 days of complimentary post-launch support for bug fixes. After that, ongoing support is available through a monthly retainer plan. Ad-hoc support outside of retainer is billed hourly.
